Pros: the room was very spacious; the beds were comfortable and big; the bathroom was large; there was a lobby where you could relax; good location; there was good wifi; offered washing for a good price & were very fast Cons: hardly ever any staff at reception; they mopped all of the floors just before we got there which was fine however, they did not dry at all & they were still wet when we left the next day; my bathroom had lots of little flies in it (however, my friends did not so that was potentially an issue just with my room); some of the panelling was falling off the walls; bathroom was quite grimy (again just my room, my friends was fine) As a cheap room for the night it was fine, I do feel like they could do with a little extra cleaning here & there though to make it even better!

Great hotel, had a triple room - the beds were lovely, very nice rooms with a great view. Staff were lovely and bent over backwards for us. Mountain view was amazing from our room balcony. Breakfast was included and very nice.

We booked 1 room but were given 2 rooms on arrival. We asked if it is a mistake or an upgrade without cost. They said there will be extra cost so we demand to give us the room we book and they switch us back to the original room we booked. The property is clean and in walkable distance (about 1000 ft) to the Phong Nha boat tour.

The staff where extremely helpful and welcoming. The asisted me in organizing my travel and transportation plans. The room was spacious and beautiful. The view was also beautiful.

Cons- no river for river view room however most likely in rainy season. Lee managed did try to sell tours to us a bit over the top however this is there way of earning a living. Firm thick pillows. Bar/lounge on rooftop closed because of Covid. No pool, however I knew that, just on hot days would be nice… there is a pool a few buildings down you can use for $2 Pros- family environment. Very accommodating. Young Long and his girlfriend are very polite and speak great English. Ask for them if you need translation. Comfortable beds compared to others. Clean room and fresh towels free of charge daily. If you need any extra linen or fan, just ask. Great aircon. Lovely balcony to sit on and take in the Serenity and watch villagers go to work and school along with listening and watching chickens, dogs, cows and calves play. The smell and sounds at night while relaxing on balcony are magical. Fantastic breakfast, large menu with drinks. Great coffee. Restaurants with delicious food right outside your door. 3 pubs with dancing close too but you can’t hear them. Could not hear other guests through floor or walls. Long also took us for local scooter ride. Highly recommend.

Very very nice stay here. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful, they booked tours for us and we rented Motorbike from them. Very clean and comfortable room, breakfast was good, would definitely come again.
