Check in agent did not follow through with the Vip amenities mentioned at booking. I ended up with 2 queen beds instead of the King bed i specifically booked. No follow up after I informed the front desk at check in. No follow up after i mentioned it again on the second day.
I booked this hotel also for the Vip upgrade (if available, i understand; instead i got a downgrade!). After i mentioned that I was to receive a bottle of wine, i received a cake (which was nice) 2 hrs after check in. I asked about the bottle of wine and at 10pm i received a mini bar size bottle of red wine. I felt cheated on this Vip amenity which is part of the reason for deciding on this hotel.
Hotel was clean and luxurious. Breakfast needs a hot meat item like bacon or sausage. There was none 2 of the 3 mornings I came down.
Staff was courteous at the front door lobby.
What the staff failed at, probably the higher management, is following up and following through when a guest has inquiries or complaints. I received none of that which was a shame.
Room was nice. Beddings were comfy. Location was unbeatable. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Generally a safer area than others that I have read.

We only stayed for a night, We arrived later in the day but the hotel was comfortable, clean and the food was good. We enjoyed the evening cocktails on the roof.

The food was terrible . The massage was amazing and affordable. The neighborhood was outstanding. The bed was very hard but the staff accomodated with a topper. We ended our stay early and went to another hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Service was good everywhere except the restaurant for breakfast where it was so difficult to find help with simple things like coffee. Waiters were more worried to organize the cutlery instead of listening to the clients.

This hotel is a mix bag. One the one hand, the service at Gare 93 (the hotel restaurant) is excellent. The breakfast buffet is great and its wait staff is incredible. They greet you with a smile and genuinely provide excellent service. I'd particularly like to thank Leny, who was always sweet, courteous and attentive. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close enough to el Parque de la 93, to take advantage of all the great restaurants, without having the noise and revelry at your doorstep when you're ready for a quiet evening. Then there's the hotel itself, the rugs were not vaccuumed daily (or even every other day) and desperately needed. The beds were hard as nails, no pillow top. There was a lightbulb out on the desk lamp and they weren't able to replace it immediately (really, no extra lightbulbs on hand??). Then there's the front desk staff.....not impressed. Some front desk staff members could learn a few things from the wait staff at the restaurant, especially a young man named Ederl. When I requested the charges to my room the day prior to check out, he really seemed as though I was bothering him and didn't bother to print them out for me. When he charged my credit card, he did it twice. When I wrote the hotel regarding the duplicate charge, I noticed it when to him and he never even bothered to reply. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company for the duplicate charge.

The hotel is awesome, beautiful furnished and decorated. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Staff is friendly and kind. Service is excellent. Breakfast buffet varied, delicious and succulent. The bar always on service. They even have Thursday's Happy-Hour on the top floor where cocktails are served with snacks as well. Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping malls, tiny stores, etc. The hotel has a travel service on site with good price always available and on call.
