My problema began at check in when the front desk staff displayed how obnoxious they could be. The room safe wasn’t working, despite my repeated claims that I needed it fixed. The only solution was for me to move everything to another room, which was incredibly inconvenient. The wifi was consistently weak, and calls to tech support went into the proverbial customer service loop. The room itself was really dated, and I was given a dirty look when I asked why the coffee pods weren’t replenished. Breakfast is really basic. To top this off, two water pipes burst, one in the lobby and one right outside my door, and the solution at night was to collect the eater in a large trash can that was as noisy as a running shower, and during the day, non-stop hammering. I had paid in advance and decided to cut my stay short. *******’s customer service was notoriously crappy too. I wouldn’t stay at this place again even if they paid me. Travelers beware!

They end up charging more than the amount established in the reservation. They said that the extra taxes would be refunded at the airport. That wasn’t true.

Rooms are very small. No AC and the rooms are very hot. Staff wasn’t very friendly

Property was clean. Only 1 staff could speak English and provided very good service. One was terrible. Spoke broken English confusing me and causing me a loss. Coffee provided only on day one? How cheap can a reputable chain get?

It was a decent hotel. Parking was difficult and tbe rooms were tiny. The best thing was the convenient location. At the same time it was noisy at times. The room was too small. The gym was terrible. There was no one available in the spa. It is NOT a 4 star hotel. The staff was kind.

Initial checkin was unsatisfactory because they did not provide the room type i requested. However, they fixed it the next day and made me feel welcome. Lack of English on part of the staff cost me extra at checkout because he couldn't explain and i pointed to the us flag not understanding he'll charge me in us dollars. It's a pity that such a reputed chain hotel has only one person - Ingrid (she was a great help) - who could speak and understand English.
