No AC/Heat, thus you had to have windows open. And very noisy due to traffic flow right by it.
Staff was good, and room was clean. Breakfast was limited, but good.

Fue muy buena. La atención fue muy profesional y la estadía muy cómoda. La vista es muy bonita. Me gustó que estuviera al frente de la Nacional con vista a las montañas. La habitación era cómoda. Y la atención fue muy impersonal, profesional, lo que es bueno, porque era un plan en pareja. Hubiese sido incómodo preguntas a nosotros o comentarios jocosos, por tratar de tomar confianza.
De los inconvenientes pequeños, la habitación al estar al lado de la 26 era un pogo ruidosa, por el tráfico. También, la habitación tenía nevera, pero estaba vacía. Con respecto a la atención, al inicio nos dijeron que el desayuno podía ir a la habitación y al día siguiente tuvimos que subir, porque nos dijeron que no había desayuno a la habitación. Finalmente, el chef, de vez en cuando (quizá sea solo impresión mía) miraba indiscretamente a mi novia un poco.
Solo me queda decir que el aspecto del hotel desde afuera es muy bonito. El color, le lugar y sus decoraciones. De nuevo, la ubicación hace que se destaque.

En las habitaciones pareciera que se está durmiendo en la avenida, el ruido es muy alto. Las almohadas parecen ladrillos de duras. El transporte al aeropuerto que don 10 minutos te cobran $30.000. Muy alto para un trayecto tan corto. La encargada del restaurante es bastante agria

Excelente lugar para qued**** en Colombia, muy buenos precios, ubicacion centrica, desayuno incluido y el portero Gustavo Ruiz es un excelente servidor y ofrece muy buen soporte. El lugar es muy limpio y las vistas del restaurante y las habitaciones son hermosas!

La ubicación es muy buena pero las habitaciones dan a la calle El Dorado y el ruido es todo el tiempo, no se puede descansar. El servicio en el comedor es regular, los 7 días fue el mismo desayuno: huevo revuelto y una rodaja de pan artificial, no hay nada de variedad, jugo o fruta.
El ascensor se averió algunas veces.
El personal es amable pero les falta más diligencia y experiencia para resolver los inconvenientes que se presentan.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso a diferentes puntos de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y atento a mejorar la experiencia del huesped. La avenida es bastante transitada y en las habitaciones con ventanas hacia ella se escucha ese ruido.
