Due to the location you might think that it is a hotel, however they should make it clear on the site that it is a third category HOSTEL. The people at the goal (I can't call them reception) are very poorly presented, without training, without posture, they eat at the work table, a disaster. It doesn't have a magnetic key, they use the old physical key. The noise from the street is terrible, and you can also hear everything from the rooms next door. The rooms do not have a minibar or safe deposit boxes, this is the minimum that a lodging room can offer its guests today. He claims that the floor of the region is sinking because every time a heavy car passes by the building shakes. The shower only has a mixer that does not work, they have air problems in the pipe and this does not allow the hot and cold water to mix correctly, causing the guest to either burn or freeze. There is no closet, just an open piece of furniture and NO HOOKS to hang clothes. The location is good but this accommodation is a ship adrift without a captain.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and clean rooms, good price and super well located.... in the area there are restaurants, bars, shopping centers, parks, cafes and it is very safe since the park has private security. I highly recommend them!

Let's start with the good: The location is central and you can find several places of consumption nearby. There is a McDonald's nearby, Agua Patos, the NH Hotel and several local restaurants. Wifi works throughout the hotel, TV service and when closing time approaches 12AM, they close the doors so that no one else enters. This gives you security. The bad: The cleaning is poor, they do the service supposedly every day, but they don't even take out the garbage. The minibar (it is for consumption) is not restocked, I understand that what is appropriate is to replenish it, since I agree to pay for what was consumed. The sheets were dirty when they were changed and the towels had stains. The place has potential, if the management works on the weak points, I understand that this hotel can be the best in the city. They must keep in mind that although the client is not always right, they have the preference.
