The welcome was the warmest ever and for the price, this was a great option. Excellent location near restaurants, bars, cafes yet quiet and fairly safe to walk around. Room was large and had a kitchenette. Safe. Shared roof terrace with good view. 6th floor no elevator; room a bit banged up (cupboard door off, chipped paint etc) but the bed was comfortable. Not suitable for those with mobility issues (one room on main floor might be)

The breakfast was excellent. A really nice option to have it in the room. Bed was extra cozy and soft. Everything was exceptional. The view was incredible but unfortunately there was a fire.

The Grace Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff are lovely and a good breakfast is included. The location is fantastic and safe. There are some great bars, restaurants and cafes within a 2-minute walk. The one thing to note is that if you are unable to climb stairs, this may not be suitable for you. In saying that, if you do not have mobility issues, this is the perfect place to stay.

Dishonest business like practices. First they said that a water pipe broke in the room that was reserved for me and that they would have to send me to a different hotel of the same chain. I specifically reserved in this hotel because of the location. The hotel had additional rooms because they were still available for reservation on booking and when I called them to tell them this they said that it was a mistake that they were going to block them. Complete lie. They were just trying to sell them at a higher price than what I paid for. Dishonest people.

Amazing. Very friendly and offered help with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Would definitely stay there again. Really whacky interior which I loved 👌

We stayed at the new place Grace Chapinero for 2 nights and the hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and recommended things to do and a great local restaurant. We met the hotel owner who is working hard to create a kitsch new hotel on Calle 61. We are staying here again twice whilst in Colombia. Really looking forward to it.

Great deal for the money but it has its small flaws. Even though it is only 4 stories it does not have an elevator so if you have heavy suitcases be warned as the staircase is windy. Breakfast is served in your room or 2nd floor terrace where there are tables only. Neither option was very good....breakfast was average at best. They should do a buffet style downstairs (get rid of the couches) and it would be much much better for everybody where you can have eggs to order and unlimited fruit, coffee,and juice. Rooms were so much nicer than I expected - comfy beds and the shower might be the best in Bogota with a ton of water pressure and hot water. Wifi was good. Location is great on a very quiet street and a very quick walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and more in Zona G. For the money I would stay here over name brand hotels.

Smaller hotel but room is not much different than something you may get at a brand name hotel. Room has kitchen if you want to make your own food and within walking distance to many restaurants and gyms. I would stay here over a brand name
hotel when possible

I highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Bogota. The area is safe and all amenities are near by. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The breakfasts were some of the best we have had while travelling. There was a wonderful shower with plenty of hot water and a huge, comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on staying here again when we return to Bogota.
