Terrible! No hand soaps, but a lot of signs with hygiene rules. The wifi doesn’t work in the dormitory. I booked one bed for 2 nights in a 4 bed dorm. There was no locker available to close with a padlock. They proposed me to move into a 10 bed dorm for the first night (the next day was full). My options were to take a bed in a 4 bed dorm, moldy and without a locker, or to leave. Upon request, the employee and the boss did not give me any discounts or refunds.

At first sight a nice hostel! What I liked most were the graffiti paintings on the walls & the friendly personnel at the reception, too bad my favourite employee got wrongly fired i heared. Fun bar at the front, but if you need your rest , keep in mind that it can be noisy sometimes until late. Easy hostel to meet people for sure! Although I didn´t have any cold showers, it seemed that there was a lack of sanitary organisation. Dirty toilets and most of all a lot of loss current on the water taps ánd the shower doors upstairs.. lil unorthodox if you ask me. Saw several ppl file a complaint without immediate reaction (Could be that they already fixed it now).

The place is nice and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It's a shame that at evenings after a day tour in the city there are only cold water in the shower :(. It happened every day of my stay and on both floors of the hostel.

Really good hostel with amazing staff!! They are so friendly, Special Shot out for Michelle! She was the best. I was such a lovely experience this hostel, you fell really welcome. And the 24hrs reception is amazing because my flight was really late.

Loved the staff, especially Natalia who helped me with a lot of questions and who was fun to talk to :) and Michelle who helped me to change beds after 1 person in my dorm left. The bar at the hostel was also fun and people would often enjoy it untill 1:30/2:00 so the vibe was definitely there. Also there is a big dining table, tv’s and free books for grabs at the reception. The location of the hostel was great, very close from the city centre, supermarkets nearby. On the downside, our 4 persons dorm, right in front of the front office desk, was quite small and very noisy. We could hear every single noise from within the hostel and even from the bar untill it closed at around 2:00. The lights in the bathroom often did not work. Besides the dining room there weren’t really any communal rooms for people to hang out and chill, relax or play games. The wifi was bad and often did not work at all.

I'm 29, working on my computer while I travel. I rented a double room for myself. Bed was so hard. And even though I wore earplugs, I could hear EVERYTHING. This was NOT a restful stay. Kitchen was small, and I avoided cooking in it because it felt grimy. Filtered water provided. Lots of cheap food stalls and restaurants nearby. Bathroom was cleaned (the housekeeping staff was very nice), but it lacked amenities such as a toilet seat in one stall and hooks to hang towels. Plus there was standing water in the shower all 3 days I stayed there. The hostel, like the neighborhood, is old and in need of repair. There was literally a hole in the ceiling of my bedroom. I could see the sky through it. Before I checked out, I reviewed Fatima Hostel on ***********, so when I went to check out and catch an early flight, the receptionist, Michelle, said, "I'm soooo sorry. The Wi-Fi signal is usually strong, but it's being repaired." Fine. I asked her if she was going to tell the people shouting and laughing at 6:30 AM in the common space (the noise traveled all the way to the 3rd floor) to be quiet, and she repeated," I'm sooo sorry." But like, tell them to be quiet? Disrespectful. Disgusting. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

I had a really nice stay at Fatima. The location is perfect directly in the old town. It has a really nice kitchen with everything you need. Also the crew is super friendly and helpful. The best at Fatima is the bar with the bartender said. He is the best :) I can really recommend this place.

Worst hostel in Bogota! Bad service, the lady in the reception was rude and didn’t even try to help. Dirty room and hostel. We book private room we private bathroom, But the hostel changed the building and we got small and dirty room with dirty sheets and no private bathroom! The lady in the reception told us to come back the day after and see what she can do. The day after we came and she said it too late cause the dates of the reservation was over. We ask to speak with the manager and get told that the manager is on a trip and can’t answer

This hostel seems to be closed at the moment. If you book here you get transferred to graffiti hostel : We had a very bad experience here so far. First the Fatima Hostel, which we booked, was closed so we were forced to check in to another hostel in the middle of the night at 3am. Once arrived, our bookings which we made prior weren’t available though we completely payed for it. We got only one room instead of two eventually. The paid money was lost, they had so massive problems with their booking system or maybe they just trolled us to keep the money. linen/bed covers were still used/unchanged!!! Unbelievable. At least we didn’t have bedbucks. Staff is almost unable to communicate in english. Showers were awesome though.
