Very nice hotel. We moved to Bologna, so we stayed in this hotel again. The front desk recognized us at a glance. This is the third time I stayed in this hotel. It is very cost-effective, very clean, and the breakfast is also good. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The room facilities were quite dated. The toilet flush malfunctioned several times; maintenance was called the first time, and they also replaced a faulty light bulb while fixing it. The hot water pressure from the faucet was extremely low and couldn't be adjusted. The air conditioning consistently failed to work properly. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that it was a 'smart' system linked to the windows, meaning the AC wouldn't operate if any window was open. The front desk eventually had to override this setting in their system. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay due to the outdated facilities and recurring issues.

Staff was very helpful but Toilet was not clean, looks like someone used it after cleaning.had to call the service to clean. There were also some shoeprints on the wall.
