Too stupid X, there are many empty rooms when I arrive after 12 o'clock, but I have to wait in the lobby until 2 o'clock to check in. It is said that luggage can be temporarily stored, but the storage point is free to go in and out and no one manages the luggage and no one cares if the luggage is lost. It is the first time I have encountered such an inflexible hotel in three months of business trip. The bald man at the front desk had such a bad attitude. After I reacted with Ctrip customer service, I was allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. The hotel facilities are very old and the floor is noisy. Poor sound insulation.
