We stayed here as a large family over New Year’s Eve. The rooms were generous and even though we had a shared bathroom, it suited us as we knew the others sharing it with us. Nice simple breakfast. Location was excellent as you can drop back if you ever get sick of eating! Would recommend.

This is an interesting little property. It was previously a large family apartment, and it still looks that way, including the old Italian furniture. The rooms are very large, but know that you are always sharing a bathroom with at least 1 other room. Sinks are in each room, though. The best thing about this property is the location. It is right in the heart of historic Bologna, and easy walking distance to the sights and dining.

The place had everything you would need. The only issue if any was the shared bathrooms. There was three bathrooms for the ten units. Wasn't an issue for us. Near loads of attractions within walking distance. The rooms were kept clean and the staff was very nice. I'd recommend

I appreciated the breakfast and snacks in the afternoon, very nice. Check in was easy. The rooms and bathrooms were pretty and simple and clean.

Parking was a nightmare, it certainly would have helped to have the parking information beforehand. Entrance ce was difficult to locate . Property is very old
