Lovely hotel with a cool design. The room was a little small with a tight bathroom but when I’m bonito you don’t want to be in your hotel room. Close to the main areas for food and restaurants. Always got parking

O hotel apresenta uma avaliação excelente e foi por este motivo que foi o escolhido por nosso grupo. Na verdade tivemos uma experiência bem desagradável. Perdemos o cartão de acesso ao quarto e qdo fomos solicitar outro um atendente foi bem grosseiro. Entregou um papel para meu esposo assinar sem explicar que o hotel cobra 30,00 pelo cartão perdido. Disse apenas pra assinar e se achasse devolvesse e estornariam. No outro dia fui conversar com o atendente numa boa ele olhou para mim e ficou rindo ironicamente falando coisas sem nexo. Enfim deixei de lado. Outra situação ruim foi que passamos a semana tomando choque na torneira do banheiro e sim avisamos, sem sucesso, umas 3 vezes a recepção. Gostaria ainda de avisar que os biscoitos que estão no pote na sala de café estão mofados. Enfim um hotel pra não voltar jamais.

Hotel localizado na região central de Bonito. Na proximidade, há vários restaurantes e comércio variado, inclusive agências de viagens onde se pode reservar passeios. Há disponibilidade de vagas nas redondezas do hotel. O quarto é bem pequeno, o café da manhã razoável. Tive de esperar a limpeza do quarto para fazer check in, já em horário tardio.

Limpo, bem localizado com bom café da manhã mas atraso na entrega do quarto no check in e não tive nenhum apoio quando encontrei o carro ( que estava no estacionamento do hotel ) com pneu vazio, na hora de sair para pegar o avião de volta à minha cidade.

Ótimo atendimento, tudo limpo, aconchegante e organizado! Excelente localização, próximo ao centro. Café da manhã delicioso e bem servido. Roupas de cama e toalhas sempre trocadas e cheirosas. Área da piscina bem confortável! As fotos condizem com a realidade! Voltarei mais vezes com minha família!

Quarto super aconchegante, cama, lençol e travesseiros muito confortáveis,bom chuveiro e espaços muito bonitos. Café da manhã bom. Os pontos negativos foram a piscina lotada( mal conseguimos aproveitar) e o ar condicionado que ficou pingando em cima da cama do meu filho durante toda nossa estadia de 7 dias (não conseguiram resolver esse incômodo).
