The room was clean enough and everything worked. They had good pillows which makes a difference. The pool was open and clean . And low noise. However they do not truly have breakfast

The people were awful. Didnt bring us towels yelled at us because we said we couldnt have our kids sleep in a room that the air condition wasnt working in. All around the rudest people we have ever had! We will NEVER go back there

Old facility. The sheets had stains, thankfully we brought out own blanket and pillows.
Requested non smoking room but the room smelled of smoke, called the check in desk they said it was non smoking.
The heater worked amazing only good thing about the place.Bugs in the bathroom too. The toilet plugs us every flush.

Surprisingly very clean and tidy. Our first room didn’t have any hot water, but they immediately came to fix it. My husband was surprised the hotwater heater didn’t work, because he said it was fairly new and big. But when they couldn’t fix it, they moved us to a bigger room. I would definitely stay there again.

The photos of the room looked great. They weren't accurate. There were several electrical code violations. No smoke detector, heat/AC unit did not work. Floor was sticky throughout, leaving black on feet. Bathroom door needed 2 people to open it. Faucet in bathtub dripped all night. Requested and paid for non-smoking room, but I could smell smoke in the room, there were burn marks from cigarettes and the bedding smelled of smoke. Overall a very bad experience.
