Spacious and well-kept room. Clean and tidy hotel.
Check-in only took a few minutes. Check-out is pain free, just drop your key cards at the front counter drop box.
Breakfast is complimentary.

I stay in Columbia 3-4 times a year for both work and leisure and always stay the Country Inn and Suites. The room rates are extremely affordable, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast is good. It's in a great location off of I-70 and Hwy. 63. It's a great option when traveling to or through Columbia.

Upon arrival, I asked the hotel clerk ‘have you had anyone ever leave their luggage in a room from another state” her response “yes and I hate it” the reason I asked her was because we had just left Kentucky and we got a text message stating my son left his luggage. I just wanted input on how to get it shipped to his airforce base. She was shocked when I expressed what had happened. We then had to ask for a new microwave. She stated she didn’t have anyone to bring it to the room, but suggested we could use the one downstairs.
2 men brought ended up being the microwave to our room.
When I thanked her, she stated my son JUST did NOT know how to work it, and it wasn’t replaced, but the men actually did replace the microwave. ( I was at Walmart when this took place) while she was not out right rude, herattitude for someone representing the hospitality industry was not the best.

The refrigerator didn't work as well as the coffee maker.
I was having surgery the next day and purchased $36 worth of food to eat the day after surgery and was spoiled in the refrigerator. The telephone was disconnected?
The drain in the sink would not hold water to shave. The drain in the shower did not drain properly. The room was very clean and neat. The cleaning staff did a good job.
The front desk said they would pay for the spoiled food but never made payment. We checked out a day early because of the conditions...

We were looking to find a place to sleep on Christmas night as we were travelling from Colorado to Ohio. We had a long day of driving and mostly needed a place of respite before taking off in the morning. We got in at about 1:30 a.m. Desk clerk was abrasive at first but then apologized as his computer was acting up.
The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was not clean. Urine and hairs on the toilet bowl and seat. Shower was hot and strong water pressure.
Breakfast was decent at best but not unexpected.

The hotel desk staff was professional and quick about their job. The breakfast was solid. Cleaning staff were always present and super helpful. They were also very visibly doing their jobs and well. Hotel was also relatively quiet despite having children present. This was very appreciated for those of us needing sleep.

Booked 3 rooms for family for my daughter’s graduation from Mizzou. The hotel was right off of the main highway but was very quiet. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.
