Great Place great location, shoutout to Primo who really took care of every details, he went all the way to make our stay pleasant and appreciate the effort of all staff respectively,Even tho the property is dated but the effort of team makes up for all shortcomings.only one thing which I was not happy with was breakfast which was provided by their partner restaurant! The Muse team you guys need to look at the common issues comes up on reviews and address them. Will come back again. Till then please keep doing what you do and address common issues

I travelled back to the Philippines after 20 years. I was very excited to introduce my husband to my homeland and culture. I bragged that Filipino hospitality was top notch. We booked a trip to Boracay. Upon arrival to the Muse Hotel, I was told that my booking was not valid. I booked 1 month before through a booking website called Agoda. The hotel and Agoda were apparently in the middle of a court case and was not accepting any bookings from them. The hotel manager Jennifer came to speak to us and assured us that the booking we made through Agoda would be cancelled as she was going to send an email to them explaining that they did not accept my booking and request a refund. Jennifer promised us that we would be refunded within 30 days as she has done this before. The hotel said that the only way they would honor our stay is if we pay them directly and that the price would be the same. They lied. The price was more and 2 months later I have not received my refund. I contacted Agoda myself to request for a refund and they informed me that their system shows that my booking was indeed used by the hotel. Agoda emailed the hotel asking for a cancelation notice so they can issue my refund. The hotel has not responded to either Agoda or myself. They crooked a few patrons with this as I later found out. When you search the hotel name on Google to book, Agoda is still the first site it goes to for booking. So if the hotel has an issue with Agoda why are they still connected to their site and allow bookings to take place. I believed Jennifer and that she was sincere in helping us. Now all I get is run arounds. I do not recommend the Muse Hotel in Boracay. The front desk staff smile at you and act accomodating but in actuality it is just for show. Once they take your money, thats it

I like the room very much, it's clean and the bed is very comfortable. My favorite thing is to sit by the window on the second floor while having breakfast and look at the sea view outside.

I am a frequent traveler and I've traveled this part of the world many times already and stayed in many places. I was unpleasantly surpprised to find a room that was basically at all prepared to receive its guests. I had difficulties in closing and opening properly the door, the fridge was at all functioning the way should function, there were no hangers to properly arrange my clothes and it was quite an adventure to find some food at breakfats, around 9.00am, even though the manager was having his own brekfast while the buffet was quite empty for the guests. However in all this set up, the personel from the reception desk and the ones serving were incredibly nice and helpful during my entire stay. Miss Amina took care to have everything I need in my room, and also to have a proper breakfats in the morning there was nothing to choose from. She was responsive and tried to meet my needs. Also I would like to give a big thank you to Miss Jham as well for making my stay more pleasant. Now, I am wondering: how can a hotel manager be so careless while his team is struggling to offer the best stay to its guests? For the owners of this hotel I believe would make a huge difference to consider hiring a manager for whom the guest are on the first place.

Advantages: The location is right on the beach, which is relatively convenient. The room is relatively large. Disadvantages: The room facilities are very old, there are many mosquitoes, and the hotel does not have insect repellent mosquito coils. This place is really not suitable for families unless you want to go to the disco at night and sleep during the day. The bar next to the wall is open until 4 o'clock every day. Disqus caused a heart attack and caused multiple coordination with the hotel. It is not allowed to check out early and change hotels. I was so speechless that it affected the whole trip and it was so painful to take the children with me.

Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Cozy and spacious accommodation. Their housekeeping has been diligently following the rooms and their staff is helpful and accommodating. After a swim on the beach, a dip in their indoor pool is perfect! Prime location - near the beach, stores and other food stalls. But quiet at night as well if you want to rest and relax.

The sanitation of the room is average, there are many mosquitoes, and the Internet is basically not connected

Convenient location, first line, near Starbucks cafe, Gerry's. The pool is under a dome on the -1 floor, there is also a massage parlor (those who like hard massage, sign up for men). The staff is at their best, the Filipinos are very kind and positive.

The stay is almost pleasing until we decided to have dinner at their restaurant . We are seated at 7PM but food did not get served until 8:30 it is a sit in eat all you can. Crew gave as the wrong food an hour and a half wait. The manager cannot handle the situation, so sad that it will take down the whole experience with it.

First time in Boracay i feel like im family in the muse Hotel i like the food in Nalka the foods is so Delicious i meet Rey very amazing he is very accomodating and he is very attentive ......i definitely back

location is good, near restaurants and beach front. However since its also near the station 1 paraw sailing and take off area for most activities, beach swimming area becomes limited. staffs are good! They were very helpful and specially caring to my senior mom. They provide wheelchair assistance which is a super plus to those traveling with seniors. Breakfast was so-so, though the balcony view is superb. Overall, place great value for money. 👌

My first visit to Boracay and stayed at The Muse Hotel for 5 days. Location is excellent, right on the White Beach at Station 1. The room is huge, with 2 comfortable queen size beds and a sofa. Staff is polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also good. Highly recommended.
