We stayed in September and it was perfect. we stayed in the spa for hours had a lovely relaxing experience so we was always going to go back there.. i then booked to go there for january after we had seen they had refurbished their spa area expecting the same if not better experience but unfortunately we didnt.. everything from the room to the food and the staff were really nice as our previous visit but was a massive let down to go into the spa and both the pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold.. the main reason we booked to go back was the relaxing break in the spa which we spent 6-7 hours in last time instead we spent about 30 mins in there before having to get out as it was too cold to enjoy.. definitely ruined our visit this time around as we was expecting so much more..

I went to the Cave with my partner for my birthday, prior to booking I was so impressed with the visual seen on Instagram etc. When I got there the heating in the room did not work. We had to call up several times to ask for assistance. We were eventually moved after 3 hours to another room with the same issue.
I was utterly disappointed, room was unclean, some staff members were rude, heating didn’t work, spa was extremely small, room service food is delivered in plastic bags with no cutlery.
During checkout I was advise to send an email to express my concerns. It’s been three weeks and no one has bothered to get back to me.
For the price we paid we expected a completely different experience. I will not be booking to stay here ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.
