Returning again for business I had a very good two night stay. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming, the room well appointed and extremely comfortable and the overall service level is high.
Dephy, the front office manager was particularly helpful, she speaks excellent English and ensured that everything was perfect with my stay. It's nice to have personal service where the staff make an extra effort, such as preparing the Fapiao in advance, the checkin process is smooth etc.

酒店位置很好，環境也非常棒，工作人員服務很熱情，前台經理提前跟我聯繫，詳細説明瞭酒店的相關情況，並且還給我介紹了亳州的一些旅遊訊息，唯一遺憾的就是酒店停車不太方便，門口車位很少，晚上回來晚了到地下停車場要停好遠，並且停車場太臟了

服務還是可以的，能及時的處理。重點説説早餐！兩日含早，在小童早餐票價當日辦理入住時與第二日實收有沖突，工作人員解釋是當日訂與提前訂的差別。餐廳的水果在比較邊緣，第一天與第二天的水果一模一樣，結果第二日的西瓜是嗖的（難道是前一天留下的？）還有就是用餐時有看到有一小學生在點心區赤手粘取食物後又放回去，多次反覆，這個不好怎麼……這個就有點兒……口味偏鹹，適合重口味的朋友。總體來説體驗感一般。感謝今日一樓大廳禮賓yuanyuan（胸牌太小看不清怎麼寫，衹聽見介紹發音）

房間非常不錯，位置中心環境優美，大堂氣派，禮賓主動拉行李並引領至前台，各個服務枱工作人員都比較熱情好客，房間格局好配套齊全，床品也舒服，有浴缸，衞生間乾濕分離，房間隔音好，無線網絡全覆蓋信號佳，玩遊戲不卡，表揚退房哦Sara，很專業迅速，主動提供了發票水單，詢問入住體驗，整體非常滿意的入住提交，亳州出差首選，推薦推薦！

一開始安排的房間黴味很重，打電話給前台之後安排了一位實習生小姑娘過來幫忙換房，小姑娘全程服務很規範，但是一看就是實習生。換的新房間估計也沒提前檢查，進去看到浴缸有污漬，以為是浴缸麪脱釉了...但是晚上準備泡澡的時候擦了一下...擦的掉...就不説整個房間的陳舊度和浴室各個角落對的清理不到位了...床單還破了個洞...最恐怖的是燒水壺積灰很厚...除了靠近商圈，其他沒有什麼可説的...
