Nice hotel in the heart of Braunlage. Very stylishly decorated. Wide choice of rooms for every budget, stylishly decorated. Sauna use with bathrobe included in the price. Has its own restaurant and a wide choice of alternatives in the area. Stylish breakfast.

Very good service and very nice staff.. was at the bar in the evening and the staff (her name was Sarah) was super friendly. Was served the best drinks and had fun conversations! All in all, perfect treatment of travelers! I'd love to come back!

We stopped in Braunlage for dinner and chose the restaurant in the Hotel Viktoria. We couldn't have chosen better. Both the main courses (heifer steak and vegetarian) and the desserts were of excellent quality!

We stayed as a family with 2 small children for 4 nights and stayed in the suite in the main building. The suite was huge, very clean and very tasteful, almost stylish. The freestanding bathtub was great, the touch pad operation for flushing the toilet was reminiscent of an iPad. There was also a large shower with a rain shower and separate shower head with a nice, strong jet. I found the bed too narrow. It must have been 1.60 m. And the mattress was good, hard, but a little saggy. There were 2 large TVs in both rooms. Tip for those looking for peace and quiet: it's better to take the Bachhaus, which is 100 meters from the hotel, because the main road runs directly in front of the rooms for the entire length of the room. The breakfast was great, even for the price. Unfortunately, it was not pointed out that a hot drink of your choice, for example, costs extra. So we were very surprised when checking out. But otherwise everything was there, egg dishes of your choice, freshly squeezed juices and great desserts. Everything was brought to the table. Unfortunately there was no salmon or salad. Half a point deducted. There were 9 parking spaces directly at the hotel. Unfortunately these were almost always occupied and you had to find an alternative. This was only free if you parked in a public space between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. Then you were charged 1.50 euros per night for parking, regardless of whether you parked in the hotel car park or not. The most negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It gets pretty hot in the rooms when it's over 25 degrees in the shade. Conclusion: despite the small defects, a highly recommended hotel with really friendly staff.

A lovingly furnished hotel in a very good location, run with a lot of passion. Very friendly staff, from reception to the hotel manager. Excellent cuisine, which also takes food intolerances into account. The breakfast was a real highlight and very individual compared to other hotels of the same class. The wellness area was also very nice. Perfect as a starting point for many beautiful hikes. We would love to come back!

A great hotel with very friendly staff. We had our room in the nearby guesthouse "Viktoria Bachhaus". There is an elevator, a great wellness area and a bike and ski cellar. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the spa gardens. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. There was everything your heart could desire. We would love to come back again and again.

Great, chalet-like hotel, freshly renovated, great ambience, very cozy and modern, extremely friendly service, excellent breakfast, sauna area very well done (perhaps two loungers too few) We felt very comfortable during the short vacation

Very well located hotel with excellent breakfast and exclusive wellness area. Unfortunately you had to cross the street from the main building to get to the wellness area, but at the time when they were relaxing there, there were two of us and we had exclusive use of everything.
