Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The hotel is very well located, a few meters away from the covered street. Very good accommodation, breakfast with a variety of and very well served. Heated covered swimming pool and toy are good attractions for rainy days. The hotel is very well trained and careful staff, and the fact that the parking is paid is a negative point.

The Casa da Montaña hotel is the place that takes you up even before you arrive, contact the hotel for a special request I was warmly attended, location, cleaning, decoration, quality all thought for you to want to return. Contras: O blackout vazou luz por todos os lados As esteiras da academia nao estavam em boas condições Hidromassagem da area comum estava suja e havia comida no chao ao redor da piscina

The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.
