The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. The hotel is very good, but I have nothing to complain, and the grassroot offers tours with a guide, which starts transport at 6 a.m. The hotel does not provide breakfast. I asked and the metrie was very requested, heartily, extremely educated informing that I would release what was ready at 6:15. Our guide passed 6:20 a.m., and we swallow something quickly, so I suggest that in these holiday periods they have a time that is compatible with the guides' timetables, starting at 5:30 a.m.

Quarto limpo e organizado, só o que acaba com o ambiente são os vendedores de cotas que mal você sai do café já estão lhe incomodando. Já não basta na cidade de Gramado que está horrível andar agora vendedores dentro do hotel. Não me hospedarei novamente devido a esse incômodo!
