GGuest UserHotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

GGuest UserStaying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type.
Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.
Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This was my second stay, and the hotel is fantastic. The overall service is great. I really like the Wild View room type; the design is excellent, with everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness is also top-notch. The hotel is right by the lake, offering fantastic views. The forest by the lake is like a huge natural oxygen bar, and there's also a large lawn. The hotel restaurant is superb; breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the regular meals are good too. It's also a great choice for families, with craft activities for kids. My only regret is that I haven't had a chance to experience the spa on either visit, but I'll definitely try it next time.

GGuest UserWhen I went out for the holidays, I felt that other popular attractions were too crowded, so I couldn't stand the crowd and ran to Anning to play. I was quite pleasantly surprised. The location of this hotel is quite good. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Anning has a slow pace and you don't have to rush out.

Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected.
Environment: Very quiet and comfortable.
Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently.
Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean.
The room was super spacious.

GGuest UserThe hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous, quickly processing check-in and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the common areas were kept very well-maintained. Compared to hotels in the same area and of similar standard, this one is very reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money – truly worth it.
