Staying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type. Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service. Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet. Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

The room was very clean, and the private hot tub was quite large. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night, thankfully there were mosquito coils. Also, the bathroom developed a particularly unpleasant odor at night, so strong that I didn't want to use it. Because it was the middle of the night, I couldn't complain to the front desk.

I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. It wasn't until check-out that you asked to charge an additional 60 yuan... Isn't it a bit inappropriate? Anyone can pay a few dozen dollars, but you have to tell me in advance. I didn't say much when I checked out and just paid and left. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. The room environment didn't match the picture. There was no open-air balcony as promised. The free room upgrade service was not provided (of course, this is understandable since it was during the May Day holiday). There were value-added services but they were not informed in advance... This doesn't seem like a mistake that would happen in a 4.9-point homestay. I'm quite disappointed...

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Overall impression: clean and sanitary, convenient transportation around, but there is a small problem, that is, it is difficult to find a restaurant, you need to cross the street to the bus station. If you want to eat rice noodles and barbecue, it is very convenient, there are many nearby, but local chicken soup rice noodles is my best choice.

To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor.

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected. Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.

This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The convenience of living here is impeccable: • Food delivery freedom: A wide variety of food options are available, and delivery is fast, easily satisfying late-night cravings. • Dining options within easy reach: There's a small commercial area right next to the hotel, offering everything from authentic local snacks to specialty restaurants. This stay truly made me feel ”at home.” I've already added this gem of a hotel to my favorites without hesitation, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, the service is good, and the breakfast is not bad. Although it is simple, it is filling. There is an outlet shopping mall at the door, which is convenient for shopping. Overall, it is good and a five-star rating!

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
