The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The lake view rooms offer particularly beautiful views; waking up in the morning, you can enjoy panoramic views of the tranquil Ning Lake and half of the city, with fresh air. You can watch movies right in the hotel, which feels like great value. The rooms are very clean and hygienic, with disposable towels and toilet seat covers, which I really appreciated! Nestled against the mountains and beside the water, the views are fantastic! A comfortable stay for an extended period. The staff are very polite and provide excellent service.
