The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. The owner was a very welcoming and friendly lady who answered all my questions about the scenic area in detail. The guesthouse courtyard was beautiful, with a swing and rocking chair, and many swallows nesting there – I was so lucky to see so many! The room was exceptionally clean; you could tell it had been meticulously prepared. The amenities were high-quality and complete, including a standing air conditioner and a separate water heater for easy adjustment. It was an incredibly satisfying stay. This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

The boss is very nice. My children want to experience the fire kang. They specially provide me with a rich breakfast for only 10 yuan per person. They also caught the wild vegetable buns, which are very delicious. The children like it very much. There are many swallows' nests under the eaves here. At night, the little swallows flew back and saw the Big Dipper rising up the mountain. It was a pleasant trip to pick a lot of wild vegetables.

Booked for the old people, the old people lived very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the window was beautiful, the fly in the ointment said that there was breakfast for 10 yuan per person, the result was not, so the old people didn't eat breakfast and rushed on the road.

This time I went to Laobiangou and Dashihu Scenic Area to watch the red leaves. Online reservations at nearby homestays are non-cancellable. We booked this homestay online one day in advance. When I arrived at the field, I should be surprised. First of all, the location is very close to the Laobiangou and Dashihu Scenic Area. It is very convenient to drive there. Secondly, the environment of the homestay is also very good, the facilities are newer, the cleaning is also very clean and hygienic. The homestay has its own catering, and there is no need to worry about eating. Overall, if you go to Laobiangou and Dashihu by car, you have to have a cost-effective price. This homestay is worth recommending.

The newly opened homestay is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, just at the foot of the mountain, convenient transportation, five minutes from the Guanmen Mountain, next to the drifting entrance. The hotel boasts genuine mountains, water, and hot springs. However, the apartment is quite old, with outdated facilities and small rooms. The surrounding restaurants are mediocre, and the clientele is mostly elderly. The hot spring water, on the other hand, is very comfortable and can be used freely.

All are small villas with yards, very comfortable, children like it. Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing. There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large. The service is good, with a WeChat private butler. Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.
