First of all, the hotel facilities are very new, the front desk service is excellent, the room has a comfortable double bed, and it's clean and hygienic, making me feel very safe staying there. There's a laundry room on the 7th floor where you can do laundry for free. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and parking is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Due to weather reasons, the flight was adjusted. A friend who was planning to stay was not sure when he would arrive at the hotel. The hotel service was amazing. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to cater to my needs, and the room service ladies were always polite and punctual. The room itself was in good condition, with all necessary amenities. Free water and tea were provided regularly. The shower had hot water, which was nice. Location was also good, with a short taxi ride taking me anywhere in the city. Overall, the value for price is great!

I don't even want to talk about this hotel. I stayed for three days, and on the last day, I took a shower before heading home. I almost fell asleep in the bathroom, but the door wouldn't open. Luckily, my flight the next day was delayed, and I had my phone with me in the shower room. Otherwise, I really don't know what I would have done. I called the front desk and waited for over ten minutes before someone came, opened the door, and said, ”This door is broken. We'll call the engineering department to fix it in a bit.” I was speechless. Maybe I was just lucky, otherwise I would have been stuck there. I checked out early the next morning to catch my flight, and after waiting all day, I still didn't receive an apology. I will never stay at this hotel again, and for the sake of my safety, I urge all future guests not to choose this hotel.

Facilities were good and the good thing is that foreigners are allowed to stay here , hotel staffs were friendly and helpful
