The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Trinity Bosch. What's truly impressive are the comprehensive facilities. Everything from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart room controls to a gym and a heated pool is available. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the well-designed, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The staff were warm and attentive, even following up with a call to check on my satisfaction, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!

The front desk service at Doranda is very good and welcoming. The rooms are also very nice, very clean, and the decoration style looks very warm. The bed is relatively large and very comfortable to sleep in. In the morning, you can also have a very rich breakfast, which is self-service and very comfortable to eat. There is also free parking. Overall highly recommended!

The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

Just checked out and I have to rave about the amazing view from the window! My room overlooked the river, and waking up to sunlight streaming in when I opened the curtains just brightened my whole mood. I also unexpectedly found out they offer free laundry service – it's always a hassle when you're traveling and run out of clean clothes, so having them washed and returned the next day was incredibly convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The big bed room that came to Changsha to travel really dug the treasure, the room was clean and the sound insulation effect was good. The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
