AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly.
Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep.
The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands.

GGuest UserThe double room at Lantingxu Hotel was exceptionally clean! The bedding was pristine white, soft, and odorless; the bathroom and floor were spotless, with impeccable attention to detail. The elegant environment and attentive service made for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Zhangjiajie during the May Day holiday.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from a major shopping district, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room also had a Xiaowei smart home system, which was very convenient. They even gave us fruit cookies in the evening. 🍪 I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

All amenities are well-stocked, and the breakfast offers a good variety with great taste. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

YYucanThe room was excellent! We were traveling with our two little ones, and they kindly arranged a room with an extra bed for us, which was very thoughtful. There's a wide array of activities available: laser tag, mini-tanks, go-karting, shooting, and even water cannon battles. Our children not only had a blast but also learned a lot through play. When the weather is hot, the swimming pool is absolutely the best place to be. The kids loved it so much they would happily stay from morning until night!
