Service: Although the girl at the front desk is not a local, she can also enthusiastically introduce the general situation of Jiuxi Village to the guests, tell us the tour route and the location of breakfast; it’s just that the package we booked, including a double magnesium hot spring, was not actively provided or asked when we checked in, and the professionalism needs to be improved. During this 20-day trip to Greater Xiangxi, I found that except for a few popular attractions, most of the attractions had only a handful of tourists. Accommodation, catering and shops were also very deserted, which was a far cry from before 2019. This feeling was also confirmed by many tourism practitioners.
