After a long day of exploring, the very comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. Housekeeping: The cleaning ladies were so accommodating and friendly; they clearly take great pride in their work and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options to choose from every morning. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and heart-felt service. It is the perfect base for exploring Tianshui!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly responsive, patient, and had excellent attitudes. The location is also super convenient for getting around, and the variety of food options is quite extensive, catering to everyone's tastes. This is near the railway station, not the high speed rail station (15 mins apart by car). It is also in a quieter part of town, probably 20 minutes from the main city. We enjoyed staying here as it is not touristy and it's right across from the bus to Maijishan Grottoes. There's a strip mall on the next street with plenty of food options and shopping necessities. McDonald's is also nearby for proper coffee. The first room they gave us faced the railway station so it was quite noisy. The shower had intermittent hot and cold water and drainage was blocked. So they moved us to a room facing the river. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. Loved it! Staff were helpful and friendly.
