GGuest UserStaying at Fengbang Garden Hotel was such a delightful surprise! The overall environment is fresh and elegant, with a fantastic garden-like atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent. The staff were gentle, thoughtful, and provided attentive service. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, yet quiet and peaceful, making for a restful and relaxing stay. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, a classic five-star hotel with attentive service, especially the young bellhop who greeted us proactively, helped with our luggage, and explained the hotel to us – very helpful. The front desk even upgraded us to a lake-view room, thank you! The soundproofing was good. The only issue was that the room lighting was a bit dim. The evening hot pot buffet was great value, and the breakfast was also good.
