"Als erstes möchte ich die Freundlichkeit im ganzen Haus loben. Das war wirklich toll. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Da wir ein Zimmer mit Hund hatten war die Lage des Zimmers nicht so angenehm. Verständlich und gut, dass man mit einem Hund im Erdgeschoss, ohne Teppichboden untergebracht ist. Jedoch geht genau vor den Fenstern der Fußweg vorbei. Die Fenster kann man nicht kippen nur seitlich öffnen. Und so ist es aus zweierlei Gründen nicht möglich über Nacht ein Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Dadurch war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen sind so fest und prall gestopft, so dass man eine Genickstarre beim Schlafen bekommt. Wir haben uns dann von Freunden Kissen ausgeliehen. Obwohl wir aus letzter Gründen nicht mehr dieses Hotel besuchen werden können wir es für Gäste ohne Hund sicherlich empfehlen."

SSylvester CHotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a triple room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. Hotel reception Miss Victoria was nice and offer us free breakfast as compensation. It would be good if there is kettle in the room form boiling water.

88哥The hotel is in a very good location. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the downtown pedestrian street for shopping and dining.
The waiter is very nice and the breakfast selection is moderate.
The only biggest problem is that the room lacks an electric kettle.
Although the room is small, it is very clean and well-equipped, especially the bathroom.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel! The room was spotless and very welcoming. Staff were friendly especially reception. They have accommodated our special requests as we were travelling with child with Autism. The balcony doors are lockable and they have shutters which is additional safety feature travelling with curious children. Beds were very comfortable and room quite large. Will definitely book again in future.

GGuest UserWe were travelling to the BVB game. The location of the hotel is perfect! You will come to the Iduna Park signal in just 30 minutes walk.
Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with view of the stadium. All was clean and ordened. Only a little more deposit facilities in the bathroom would be great.
All staff were very friendly. After the game we had something to eat in the hotel. It is definitely recommended. A small but fine selection of dishes that also fitted with the price-performance ratio. Breakfast was delicious.
Once we come back to Dortmund, we will definitely stay back in the courtyard.

AAnonymous UserEverything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an ”early-check in” fee.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.
