BBitsbyaureliaLoving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

AAnnyRRThe service is excellent, everyone from security, doormen, checkin staff, room service, breakfast team to chamber maid.
We didn’t book with breakfast but we ended up eating there for three mornings!! Quite a lovely spread to enjoy. Great coffee as well! And the coffee shop offers fresh juices outside of the breakfast hours.
We ordered room service too and the food was delicious.
The only drawback I can write is that the plumbing really needs improvement. The odour is bad. The last day was the worst the smell went into the bedroom as well.

AAnonymous UserEverywhere else is booked because we plan this trip last minute. A friend recommended Wimarion and they have junior suite room available. The service is excellent, the room is clean and cool. The only minus point is there is no lift from the basement to the lobby, but the bell boy is available to help you

GGuest UserAlhamdulillah, we were able to upgrade the room to the villa type so you can get a balcony with a pretty good view, unfortunately, around the villa the grass has never been cut so it looks shabby. Regards

GGuest UserThe location is close to the Police Academy, you can use google maps for directions. The rooms are quite spacious, the swimming pool is clean and there is a children's pool. The food and drinks in the restaurant are quite varied (Indonesian and western plus traditional) with a delicious taste on the tongue. For coffee, you can take it in a kettle or use an automatic coffee maker

PPaulus P SitumorangThe good thing about this hotel is their Housekeeping and Front Office staf are honest. When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us.
But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty.
I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again.

UUlinFor the overall slightness, the facilities are already very the best, but it is a pity, when the order does not match the room I have booked. I should have booked a Grand deluxe room with a pool view, when I got there, I got a deluxe room after I entered his room. The hotel didn't want to know, because it wasn't a mistake from him but from the third party.
