I always choose this hotel whenever I visit the area because it consistently provides a comfortable and convenient stay. The biggest advantage is its excellent location. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or simply relax without having to travel far. Whether I need daily necessities, restaurants, cafés, or entertainment, everything is just a few steps away. This convenience saves both time and transportation costs, which makes every trip much more enjoyable. Another reason I keep coming back is its outstanding value for money. The room rates are reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and the prime location. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever assistance is needed, making the overall experience even more pleasant. I also appreciate how easy it is to access nearby attractions and business areas from the hotel. Whether I am traveling for work or on vacation, the location perfectly suits my needs. After a busy day, I can simply walk into the shopping mall to enjoy a good meal or do some shopping before returning to my room. This hotel has a unique and pleasant interior. The location is very strategic. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious. Generally, the cleanliness is good. However, there were some stains on the bed sheets. We checked, and the bed sheets had already been changed, but the stains were still there after coming from the laundry. Perhaps they could cross-check this with their laundry vendor. Even after we asked for new ones from housekeeping, they were in the same condition. Another minor point for me is the complimentary drinking water. It seems to be water from a dispenser (we don't know if it's refilled or not) served in a jug, not bottled mineral water. That's a bit odd for a 4-star hotel standard. But overall, it's okay.

I stayed at Noormans Hotel Semarang for a 2-day business trip, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment after a full day of meetings. I especially appreciated the complete amenities, which made the stay convenient and hassle-free. With its good service and comfortable facilities, Noormans Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. I’m happy to give it a 4.5 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Semarang.

It's walking distance from Stasiun Tawang, just across the street. Osteria Gia, Journal Coffee just around the corner. Breakfast at the hotel is OK, could be better though, for instance better quality sourdough bread for Benedict Manon, Hometown Fried Rice perfect. Good coffee will be a plus, not as buffet setting. Room, bed and bedding, amenities all good. Towels better not use a strong softener fragrance. Overall good 👍 and will be back.

The hotel facilities are great, and the location is excellent. All the staff members provide impeccable service with an outstanding attitude. Overall, it's a really good hotel. As for others mentioning the loud motorcycle noise at night, I didn't experience it myself, but perhaps everyone's sensitivity is different. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel.

I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Everyone was friendly..Staff were helpful and polite..They greeted you everytime they see you..Some even offered to assist you even though if you didn’t ask.Service was simply perfect,no complains! Gym and pool were under maintenance.Construction was going on at the main hotel.Wasn’t aware of the maintenance till you checked in (Maintenance Notice placed on room table).Maybe updates should be reflected on third party apps or via whatsapp to avoid disappointment. Wifi was poor.For a well rated hotel,this was a huge letdown.Management & maintenance should look into this.Was staying at room 806.Not sure if other floors or rooms are encountering this problem.Ended up using data roaming through my 3 days there.

Great experience! The location is prime, right in the heart of Semarang, and the hospitality was exceptional. For art lovers, this hotel is quite appealing as it boasts an art gallery. And the food at the Fat Elephant restaurant was great also. Highly recommended!

Strategic location, quite spacious and quiet rooms. However, it's undergoing renovation, so there's a paint smell.

The hotel design was aesthetic and can see javanese culture.. Love it. My kids also love the hotel and the staff is really friendly. The service also excellent. Oh ya, the breakfast buffet is great and kids meal friendly . Will stay here again in the future 🥰🥰
