A very beautiful hotel with a long history - classic! Friendly and helpful staff - he helped me to make a dinner reservation at a restaurant in Ortigia - thank you! Breakfast in the ballroom and the food is good. Walking distance to the seaside, with a few of local cafes and restaurants nearby.

Single sea view room, cost-effective, large room size, comfortable bed and sofa. The balcony sea view is invincible. Breakfast is free. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the cathedral and the scenery is beautiful along the way. Can pass the goddess fountain.

The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. There is an enthusiastic uncle in the shop opposite to tell me how to park better The roadside room is noisy due to the sweeping work in the early morning, but the balcony is great. There are gains and losses, right?

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palazzo Cavalieri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries available throughout the day. Its location is another highlight, just a short distance from Ortigia, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside is that it can be difficult to find free parking around the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I would happily recommend.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

We had a great stay here. The room was wonderfully spacious, with a separate living room area that gave us plenty of space. Everything was simple, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. The absolute best part, however, was the location—it's just a quick three-minute walk to the famous local swimming spot, which was incredibly convenient.

The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.

The beddings were very clean and comfortable. One younger guy and a midaged man (kungfu master) at the front desk were very helpful and kind. There was no fridge, hair dryer, no water in the room, which was acceptable. But wifi barely worked in the 2/F room and we ended up having to use quite a lot of data during our few days’ stay here. Ah, and the 2/F room we got only has a window close to the ceiling that we can’t reach, which wasn’t to my favor.. But it wasn’t easy to find a reasonably priced room around ortigia, so i guess that somewhat makes up for the downsides.
