Morioka Hotels with Breakfast

This Toyoko Inn is a bit far from JR Morioka Station, requiring a walk through an underpass, so it's not the most convenient. Unlike other Toyoko Inns, there are no welcome drinks or ramen offered in the evenings. Breakfast is also very standard, and the rooms are quite small. Overall, it's an average experience.

The hotel's scenery was absolutely stunning! We visited in April, and opening the window revealed beautiful lake views and snow-capped mountains. The hot springs were also fantastic. It happened to be a festival in April, so there were folk song and dance performances in the evenings. There's a shuttle bus service between Morioka Station and the hotel, but you need to book it in advance. If you can't get on the shuttle, there are also public buses that go to the hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and is very easy to find! The triple room we were given was also quite spacious. The cleanliness was top-notch, and all the amenities were well-appointed. The lobby staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, always with a smile. It truly made for a great stay!

Hotel is around 1km out from Morioka station. Road towards the hotel is really bumpy with a lot of uneven surfaces. If you have heavy luggage or not physically strong enough, I suggest taking a taxi. the rooms are really spacious and value for its money. It’s very near supermarket, shopping district and right smack in the middle of 2 7-11. Right around the corner is the morioka castle. Overall, if you are a light traveller, highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was fantastic! Staff were all very friendly. Check in process was hassle free and easy. Housekeeping even hangs fresh towels and toiletries outside my room as I’ve indicated no cleaning required and that’s really nice of them. Location was marvellous! Located just right opposite the Morioka Shinkansen Station. Use the underpass to get across the streets. Elevators to the underpass is located near the bus station. So do not worry if you have bulky luggage. The room I stayed in is spacious even for 2 pax with big luggage. Water pressure and heater works well. There are plenty of food options in the areas and a McDonald at B1 of the small Mall across the street. Convenient store is just along the main road.

This is the most satisfactory hotel among the 3 hotels I stayed in during my trip to Northeast China. Room size, service, facilities, breakfast, etc. This price is really unbeatable. I will book this hotel next time and recommend it to everyone.

The Four Points by Sheraton Morioka is conveniently located very close to the JR station. Just exit West Exit and walk straight, then you can take the pedestrian bridge on the 3rd floor directly to the hotel's sign, take the elevator down, and you're there. The hotel is quite new, and my single room was well-designed; I could fit a 28-inch suitcase at the foot of the bed. The window opens, and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet during my stay, likely due to lower occupancy, making it perfect for solo travelers. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the nearest convenience store.

Hotel Jin Morioka is just next to the train station. Very convenient location as a center point to travel in the region. Rooms are clean and nice with Mountain View. Breakfast for only 1000 Yen is a very good offer. Definitely recommend this hotel 👍

The exterior and lobby of this accommodation truly amazed me. Due to my itinerary and being my first time in Morioka, I wasn't familiar with the route to the hotel, so it was a bit of a struggle. Dragging my luggage through Morioka's streets was indeed quite difficult. But arriving at the hotel made it all worthwhile. The comfortable environment and friendly staff were incredibly appreciated. I had bought delicious tomatoes, peaches, and blueberries at the Sendai morning market the previous day, and I'm so grateful to the front desk staff for helping to store them, along with my luggage. The biggest surprise was that when I checked in that evening, I found that the staff had already put my luggage in my room and had even refrigerated the fruits and vegetables. I was so touched. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. The emergency escape lights would have been better if they were labeled; thank you to the front desk staff for informing me. The lighting wasn't very bright, but it was sufficient. The view from the window was really nice.

Great location near morioka station. Convenience store is just around the corner. Room is clean but small. Overall it is comfortable for a stopover stay. Recommend.
