Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

Did you expect too much... First of all, it's a pity that I didn't receive the buckler service well. I tried to install the app in Korea, but I couldn't authenticate the app, so I exchanged it with KakaoTalk, but the answer came quickly, but the execution time was too slow. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

Location is perfect, and the room is clean. Period of this is what you are looking it’s great. Customer service does not Exist in this place. The staff was rude and they ask for a deposit which is really odd.

I was at this hotel 3 years ago for my honeymoon and it had just opened its doors and I returned because I had had a very good experience. First I will say the good thing, the staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you have a good time, the food is very varied and tastes good and the waiters are very diligent. Now the areas of opportunity, it is sad to see how they are letting this hotel decay, the hallways are dirty, they need to be painted, the elevators are moldy and dirty. Dirty, scratched and poorly maintained walls, humidity on the ceilings and black stains. The room had a bad smell of damp and mold, so much so that it gave me asthma. In the pool, water veils or trickles in the adult area do not work. Buy the star service, but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! You have to be reminding the waiters and bartenders that you want premium liquor and at the pool, the STAR area is family-friendly, that is, full of children, if you are STAR but want to be in the adult area, the waiters cannot go to the star bars or take food from the STAR area, restaurants, reservations do not exist, since I arrived there was no space in practically any of the restaurants, you have to arrive by parachute and pray that they can serve you.
