I arrived during the Hari Gawai holidays. I was greeted with a hot towel and a welcome drink. Friendly staff. The hotel is near this line of food stalls that comes alive at night and there is a self-service coin laundromat nearby too. The room is very fancy-looking. I would gladly come back to Kingwood if I visit Miri again.

The hotel is located in a prime location with ample parking. However, the facilities in the room are a bit old. The bathtub drainage is quite slow and the furnishings are quite old school. Despite that the bed was comfortable and ac was cold, I was well rested from my stay

Had a wonderful stay at Jinhold Hotel Miri! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the airport, shopping areas, and local attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money and an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Miri!

I stayed at Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club for 2 nights in a twin room. The room size was just nice, comfortable, and clean. The receptionist was also very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is served at the rooftop cafe, which offers a lovely and peaceful view of the golf course, especially in the morning. The breakfast selection was just nice and sufficient. The hotel is a little far from the town centre, but this is not a problem if you have your own transportation. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant 2-night stay and would consider staying here again.

My family and I stayed here. The room was spacious and clean. It seems to have been recently renovated, so it was very tidy. We checked in at 6 PM and checked out at 8:30 AM. Since we only slept there, I can't comment on the other facilities as we didn't use them.

The location is very close to Miri Times Square. It very close to many restaurants, banks, bakeries. Marina Parkcity is 5 min drive away which is close to beach. I cannot comment on food provided, I did not dine in. Shower and toilets are good. The WiFi is need to improve it weak most of time. Air conditioning is good. Standard room there is no refrigerator. The television is not functioning very well.

Our stay in Stirling Suites apartment was memorable for the wrong reasons. 1. The bathroom sink water refused to flow off, causing leaks onto the bathroom floor. 2. The bidet holder was not securely attached and continuously fell off. 3. The lights in both of the bathrooms and one of bedrooms tripped at night, creating safety and inconvenience. All Issues were reported to the front Office but Issues (1) & (2) went still unattended when we left after 3D2N. Stirling Suites’s features are nice, but it was not fully functional. Its basic maintenance needs to be addressed to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was kept spotless throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The facilities, including the dining area and common spaces, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service – the team truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely come back again!

It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.
