"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶 I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

MMark Anthony DañasCelebrated my wife's birthday at Hotel Kimberly with the kids, although it's our first time, it will definitely not be the last. Overall it was a great experience, all the staff were very accommodating, the food is excellent and the amenities are exceptional. It doesn't have a view of the taal, but I will still highly recommend this hotel if you will be going to Tagaytay. 👍🏽

NNicoNOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest. There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week. The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that. I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother. We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available. The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance. For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly. Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

BByahe ni KramiThe place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

GGuest UserI recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The ambiance of the property is truly commendable—relaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards. However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay. In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy.

GGuest UserThe door lock had a low battery, and we were unable to enter the room after returning from outside. We reported it to the lobby when we got back, but it took some time for assistance to arrive, so we had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes. The internet connection was also very slow. While we were able to watch Netflix, the streaming quality was poor because of the slow speed. In addition, the TV remote barely responded. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted us, it worked briefly, but after watching a movie, it stopped responding again. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were not asked about our breakfast preference during check-in. The next morning, I had to ask the reception about it, and they told us they had forgotten to take our order. They then took our order on the spot, which was already sometime past 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, it still took more than an hour for the food to be served. For a simple meal of corned beef, scrambled eggs, and rice, breakfast was served at 10:18 AM. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects of service in the future. It would also help to check facility equipment, such as door lock batteries, before assigning rooms to guests, as issues like this can cause unnecessary inconvenience.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

GGuest UserThe room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

MMark Laurence OadanI booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! Thank you, Villa Ibarra, for an amazing experience!
