- Small rooms, mine was without windows
- The aircon didn't work in my room upon the arrival, so had to change the room - the staff didn't help much
- No bathroom hood, so it was always wet and humid in the room"

"Spotless. And I’m very particular about cleanliness. Not a speck of dirt anywhere, but the radiators need a dust. Shower gel was a bit -too- cheap perhaps?
Exactly what’s required and no more. Good TV that ‘casts’ and USB-C’s and A’s aplenty! Very nice.
Staff very accommodating. If the rooms are this good, I’d be amazed if the hostel was anything other than fantastic."

Showing its age in the rooms and carpets (lifts u/s for almost entire stay if 5 days)
Booked half board, good for 2-3 days and after that becomes repetitive, but that’s my gripe only

Guest UserHotel facilities are good and meet the standards, but the reception desk has a lot of room for improvement. The attitude is rightly arranged for us in the room in the corner of the elevator (Room 1). We specially told her that we wanted a quieter room. I am sorry. I will not say it. Also very reasonable. Some disappointment as a customer
