We had only one night at the hotel, but the experience was super great. The service was very excelent. Food in the restaurant was very good.
There were a lot of activities available including basket, table tennis and fitness. And for all the sports, balls and rackets were included.
Staff was just super friendly. We will definately come back, and next time for more than one stay.
Highly recommended.

Cozy and charming hotel with a very friendly staff and delicious food. Positioned high above Maribor in beautiful Pohorje surrounded by woods offers its guests amazing views of the city that we enjoyed from the comfort of our room. We stayed for the weekend and were fortunate enough to be staying here right when there was a true winter fairytale.

Ayant réservé via un site de réservation, j'ai voulu signalée une arrivée tardive, mais impossible de joindre l'hôtel toujours occupé malgré une vingtaine d'appels. J'ai choisi, le site de réservation (H) ne me donnant aucune assurance que l'hotel serait bien ouvert, d'abandonner cette réservation déjà payée pour être sur de pouvoir dormir et j'ai bien fait. Le site de réservation ne faisant rien de plus pour me rembourser (leur email : Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas parvenus à contacter l’hébergement et nous devrons respecter les conditions générales de la réservation qui stipulent que les remboursements ne sont pas autorisés.) J'ai de moi même contacté l'hôtel qui a reconnu que la nuit en question, il avait eu un problème et qu'il n'y avait eu aucun service de nuit. Je suis tombé sur une personne sympathique et amicale qui pendant plus de 45 minutes a tout fait pour me rembourser malgré la barrière de la langue. Une demi-heure après la fin de la conversation, j'étais remboursé sur mon compte Paypal. Encore merci à l'amabilité de ce concierge
