Amazing
GGuest UserThis is a truly beautiful place with white sand and warm, azure waters. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff are wonderful, friendly people who were so helpful and made our vacation unforgettable and flawless 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. Breakfasts are prepared to your liking, and they are delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this spot for your best vacation.
GGuest UserThis hotel is right on the beach. Room 304 has a clear view of the sea. The beach in front of the hotel is great for swimming, and the water was clean during my stay. The service and welcome were excellent. The beachfront saltwater pool is also a plus. Overall, the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. (One suggestion: the WiFi signal was a bit weak.)
MmanaishappyWe stayed at Vala Hua Hin in the Mini Suite Beachfront room while traveling with our pet and had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is genuinely pet-friendly and offers four different room types for guests with pets, located in both the beach zone and the garden zone. Our Mini Suite Beachfront room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view.
What impressed us the most was the service. The staff were very attentive and even remembered our pet’s name, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming.
Breakfast was good and met the standard you would expect from a hotel like this.
The only small downside is that the beach directly in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming or playing in the sea. Overall, it was still a great stay thanks to the comfortable room and exce
SSunsanee TulyaI’ve stayed at several hotels in the U chain before, so I trust their service. This was my first time at U Hua Hin. The staff were friendly and provided good service, but there were quite a lot of guests on the day we stayed. The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, so you have to walk down some stairs to get to the sea.
The room was quite nice—clean, with soft pillows and a comfortable bed. However, there was a fishy smell when we opened the balcony door, which might be because the hotel is located near a fishing pier.
Breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, except for the air conditioner in the room, which leaked so much that the bed got wet. We had to call a technician to fix it at almost midnight.
DDechoThis hotel is a solid choice for families with kids. The kids' room offers plenty of activities to keep children entertained, and the kids' pool is safe and fun for younger ones to enjoy. The beach is nice, and the option for small horse rides was a hit with the kids. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for families.

Great
GGuest User“Don’t judge the book by its cover.” This quote can explain everything here at the hotel in a GREEN FLAG alert! :)
First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!
YYunnengrenThis Chinese New Year marked our second visit to Hua Hin, and we chose this hotel again. The staff are really friendly, and the slogan at the hotel's breakfast restaurant is quite amusing, haha! The swimming pool is huge, we even compared it to the Marriott's – same size. The Marriott is in the city center but much more expensive, so it's really up to your budget. This time, we even spotted a lizard at the hotel, which shows how great the ecosystem is. If we come back to Hua Hin, we'll definitely consider the Sheraton again.
AAnonymous UserPretty good! It's clean, tidy, and comfortable. The pool is a bit shallow, but there's a private beach. A wider variety for breakfast would be even better. The service is excellent, especially the security guards who are very polite. It truly felt like a home away from home.
QQYShengSaw lots of influencers raving about this place.
The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults.
Breakfast at white oven was good
In room dining was relatively fast and efficient
Overall a good resort
Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages
Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try.
You can grab around easily.
KKungyWe stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.
