Fast and efficient reception, clean room with the expected comfort, very decent breakfast.
The only thing I missed (a little) was a nightstand.
But as I had a large bed and was alone it wasn't bothersome on this occasion.

russianadventurerNice hotel, very cozy, clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hot water, amenities, balcony, mat is also good, big bed, clean towels and shits.
Wish to check in early, but it costs 300 batt, that is a pity. I took night train and didn’t sleep at all, so I think there some tourists always come at 7am and is dreaming about shower and bed, but it looks like the room was occupied and the time is needed to clean and prepare the room for new guest.
Staff is friendly, English is not fluent but could communicate easily or just Google translate

Guest UserNice Hertage Touristhotel without Pool - if you are looking for a good location in city center in walking distance to the most popular restaurant in town (”Santi”) this is your place. Quiet, heritage, nice thai breakfast with local specialties
Recommended if you can skip pool

The hotel is located 15 minutes from Ubon Airport in a really good location. Several shops are within walking distance, as well as street food and a few restaurants. The hotel itself is fine for a few days; the rooms are clean but a bit dated. Breakfast is mostly Thai, but you can also order omelets or egg dishes if you don't fancy Thai food for breakfast. Overall, my stay was very good for a short time, and I would book it again.

The service is very good. From arrival, check-in to check-out
But the sound of dragging the luggage is a bit loud when people walk through the front of the room
others are all good

NatpiyachanThe room is clean and spacious. The room has a lot of space, with a sofa, dryer, and medium-sized refrigerator. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets are a very nice touch. (So good that I asked to buy it but the hotel didn't sell it) Excellent service staff, delicious food, dishes and desserts that change the menu every day. Near 7-Eleven, there is a fitness center and bicycles to borrow to ride. Overall very good.

The room assigned at the beginning did not have hot water, but as soon as I told the front desk, he assigned another room. The size of the room was perfect. 々 There was a dilapidated part, but there was no problem. Breakfast was delicious, although there were few types.

HomsombatGood location near the airport Convenient to get on the plane, quite old, the car park is a bit far. When going to rest, there are a lot of people, quite noisy from the poolside yard. Overall, moderate at this price
