The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ubon. "The accommodation is located in the city center, making it very convenient for travel. The hot shower had excellent water pressure, which was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and came with a clean, fragrant liquid soap and shampoo dispenser. Although the air conditioner was older, it maintained a consistent coolness. The room itself was large, with ample space for guests and their luggage. There was a built-in open wardrobe, designed for easy use, which was perfect for storing belongings. A mini-bar fridge was available for drinks or snacks, typical of hotel standards. There was also a TV and plenty of power outlets, sufficient for all our needs, even allowing us to work comfortably. Coffee, tea, a water heater, and drinking water were all provided at the reception counter, accessible anytime. When hunger struck, there were several eateries just across from the hotel: Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pao, and a famous Kuay Jab noodle shop. On the corner, there was also a retro-themed fried fish ball stall worth checking out. For convenience, a large 24-hour 7-Eleven, complete with fresh coffee and affordable ready-to-eat meals, was right next door. The hotel's central location is great for getting around, and there's ample parking. They even offer bicycle rentals for guests who want to explore the local area; just inquire at the reception desk."

"It is a new and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the housekeeper and security staff are all very friendly. Excellent service. Unfortunately, the only thing that was disappointing was that the parking lot didn't block out the sun. I feel sorry for my car being parked in the sun all day. When I come to Ubon Ratchathani to run errands, I hope the hotel owner will do some indoor parking."

This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. "The hotel is a bit outside the city, but the location is excellent as it's next to a gas station and close to a 7-Eleven, so it's not too busy and quite peaceful. The room was spacious with basic amenities, and the bathroom was very large with strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and there was a wide sofa perfect for lounging. Behind the room, there's a seating area with a view. The hotel also has a car wash. The staff and housekeepers were lovely, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed something. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Ubon."
