GGuest UserThe location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Я в полном восторге от пребывания в Euronova Hotels & Suites! С самых первых минут чувствуется невероятное гостеприимство и дружелюбная атмосфера. Хозяин отеля лично встречает и провожает гостей — это настолько приятно и ценно! Сразу видно, что здесь искренне заботятся о каждом посетителе.
Отдельно хочется отметить просто шикарное, мега-удобное расположение:
До моря близко, буквально минут пять-семь, а по дороге как раз находится Migros. Поэтому отлично можно купить холодные напитки и спокойно идти на пляж.
Всё под рукой: при желании рядом и супермаркет Carrefour, так что купить можно вообще всё.
Отличная транспортная доступность: если нужно куда-то поехать, автобусные остановки везде рядышком.
Для меня стало невероятной неожиданностью — это очень хороший бассейн с чистейшей водой, который эстетически очень красивый, и приятно купаться в нём.
Номера очень современные, очень чистые. Техника, сантехника в отличном рабочем состоянии. Всё работает идеально.
Прекрасное место, где чувствуешь себя как дома. Однозначно рекомендую!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the end of August. We were greeted warmly at reception, despite a conflict with guests we witnessed. It's worth noting that the hotel staff always strives to resolve any issues that arise promptly. The hotel was fully booked, yet we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Deluxe room. The room was excellent, clean, spacious, with a comfortable mattress and crisp, crisp white linens. We had a wonderful night's sleep. The only mystery we couldn't solve during our stay was the window connecting the room and the bathroom. The bathroom, by the way, has a shower, Jacuzzi, and toilet. All of this is perfectly visible from the bed in the room. Privacy was unheard of here, so we can only guess what the designers were thinking.
The hotel grounds are lush with greenery, and the centuries-old pine trees create a special charm. Walking around the grounds is a pleasure.
The pools are excellent, and the sea is gorgeous. There were no issues finding sun loungers during our entire stay. The beach lifeguards are very responsible and great. With them, no matter the weather, it was safe.
I'd like to especially mention the spa and thank Said, Ardoni, and Tip for a wonderful massage and a wonderful stay.
The only thing that could be improved is the food. You won't go hungry, but you won't enjoy the food either. But again, that's a matter of taste. Overall, the hotel is excellent for the price, and I recommend it.

GGuest UserWe were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

GGuest UserThe hotel is in principle good, is far from the sea, not directly near the coastal area. Breakfast is of the same type and no exquisite, but there was a coffee machine and in principle good coffee. In the bathroom, the shower is without a ribbon, so when taking a shower, all the water is leaking across the bathroom, which is very uncomfortable. What didn't like yet was a paid wifi in the room and there was no teapot, well the teapot can be put in the room. For a small price it is possible to rent.

Pros:
- Clean, spacious room.
- Recently renovated, no mold in the bathroom.
- Sauna and hammam available.
- Location on the second line. The beach is across the street.
- Food is monotonous, livable.
- Private beach and toilet facilities on the beach.
- Small swimming pool on the premises.
Cons:
- The room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days.
- Internet is paid, and this is a 4-star hotel. Free internet is available in 2-star hotels, but here it's paid and quite expensive.
- Beach bar is paid.
- Didn't see any entertainment. Apparently, there never was any.
- Food is monotonous: eggs in the morning, cutlets and side dishes at lunch and in the evening, sometimes with fish or fried meat.
- Only instant coffee from vending machines. There's no grain.
- The sauna is a complete dump. The boards on the walls, ceiling, and shelves are black, and it's a maximum of 50 degrees inside. Complaints about the sauna being too cool go unheeded. The shelves are broken, there are holes in them—it's impossible to sit, and the lighting is faulty. I didn't use the hammam—it's a useless room.
OVERALL, THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD. For a reasonable price (it cost me 5,000 rubles a night during my stay), it's a decent option, without any frills. It's definitely worth the money. I'd like to see the sauna and room cleaning service improved.

SStanislav LobashkinНормальный пансион за такую стоимость. Цена была самая низкая по бельдиби. Пансион по типу частного сектора Абхазии. Есть общая кухня. Санузел, душ, кондиционер, удобный матрас, просторный балкон. В номере чисто, в кухне не очень. Рекомендую будущим путешественникам подготовится к проживания в пансионе. Навсякий прихватить с собой губку, Фейри. Территория большая, утопает в зелени. Есть бассейн чистый. Ни разу в нем не плавали т к практически в 2-3мин от отеля море. Это огромный плюс. Не ходить по зною по пол часа до пляжа. Отель рекомендую для туристов не привыкших переплачивать за комфорт, которым не пользуешься по причине экскурсии и целого дня на море. Переночевать , помыться, просушить белье, перекусить, самый то! Есть завтраки ,всегда одно и тоже (вареные яйца, огурцы,помидоры, сыр, типа колбаса, маслины, хлопья, чай, кофе растворимый).в 1 мин ходьбы мигрос .Не смотря на отсутствие сервиса, отель был практически переполнен. Из того, что было очень не удобно, в душе нет шторки, вода лилась на пол, отсутствии расходных материалов на кухне для мытья посуды, не помешало бы прибраться на кухне. Вернусь ли я сюда, скорее да!

Администраторы на ресепшн были приветливые и всегда старались помочь))
Вид из номера хороший (брали с видом на горы), завтраки не плохие - выбор не большой и однотипный, но голодными не уходили))
Самый большой минус отеля - чистота.. все было грязным, пыльным и с пятнами, подтеками и из за этого не хотелось долго там находится
Если подтянуть чистоту номеров и сделать косметический ремонт, то будет отличный отель)
