Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We stayed at this hotel in early July. It's a very large and beautiful hotel, though I wouldn't call it new (if the year of renovation or construction matters to anyone). This hotel is primarily for families with children, offering many different leisure options for kids and their parents. There are slightly fewer entertainment options for friends and couples. The sea and beach are excellent. The food is wonderful, tasty, and plentiful. There's also a 24-hour cafe where you can always grab a bite if you miss a meal.

Питание среднее - красная рыба на завтрак только по запросу, после того как нам индивидуально ее предоставили, это увидели другие гости и стали возмущаться, на следующий день появилась в общем доступе. Свежевыжатый сок и только апельсиновый - на завтрак, в остальное время их нет, аналогичная ситуация с чаем - отсутствие свежезаваренного чая, только турецкий и пакетированный, что недопустимо для данной категории отелей, в отелях ниже уровня и то данные напитки имеются (чай и свежевыжатый сок из разных фруктов), например отель juju. Обслуживание в лобби-баре оставляет желать лучшего - хамское обращение барменов со своими гостями, на остальной территории обслуживание хорошее, особенно в барах у бассейна, пляже и и в основном ресторане, данные сотрудники делают все возможное, но явная нехватка персонала видна - сотрудники ”зашиваются” и порой не успевают оказать сервис на должном уровне. Вот что разочаровала, это уборка номеров, стаканы и кружки на протяжение всего отдыха не мыли, мыльные предложения постоянно приходилось просить, уборка, особенно ванной комнаты - поверхностная, унитаз как был грязный при заселении, так даже после обращения в службу по работе с гостями он остался таковым, как была крышка унитаза и ободок грязным, так и остались. Отель позиционируемый себя как премиум, такие ситуации не должен допускать, в будущем данный отель маловероятно что посетим вновь, как гостей, он нас потерял.

A great place for family rest. Of the big advantages: a beautiful sea and a pier, from which it is convenient to swim without stepping on stones like on the shore. Big pool; another with several rolls (works 4 hours a day); several restaurants, bars in any part of the hotel, delicious eating and drinking can be almost 24 hours a day. Interesting location in terms of landscape, mountain view, especially at sunset and dawn, is impressive. Clean cleaning, room is all there, hotel can recommend

We stayed with our 5.5-year-old child for a week. The hotel was very nice. It's small, but that's a good thing. Our child quickly learned the locations and could get ice cream, a drink, or go to the restroom on his own. There was a lot of food, everything was delicious, including salmon, shrimp, and desserts. We even got tired of such an abundance of food; by the end of the week, even our child started refusing desserts and treats; he'd eaten so much. The sea is wonderful and clean. Many sun loungers are occupied before 8 a.m., but finding a spot was no problem for us. The reception staff were very friendly; we checked in early and were quick to accommodate any request. We didn't use the pools, so I can't say anything about them because we love the sea and it was warm, but there are two pools and several slides. The rooms are nice. They have everything. The entertainment program is also interesting every evening. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the food has become even tastier) First line, convenient descent into the sea, well-kept territory. I think I'll stay here next time) Thank you for a good vacation)

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es besonders für Familien und Gäste empfehlen, die gerne etwas mehr Unterhaltung und Aktivität mögen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das vielfältige Essen sowohl am Buffet als auch im À-la-carte-Restaurant. Die Qualität und Auswahl waren sehr groß und vielfältig. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie auf der gesamten Hotelanlage war sehr gut. Die Abendshows sorgten für gute Unterhaltung, und das Angebot für Kinder war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet. Ebenfalls positiv sind die Cocktails und die Haus Wein. Einige Punkte haben uns jedoch weniger gefallen. An der Rezeption war eine Mitarbeiterin leider unfreundlich, während das übrige Personal freundlich bis sehr freundlich war (Restaurant, Zimmerservice etc). Das Game Center empfanden wir als relativ teuer. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer laut. Das Hotel eignet sich unserer Meinung nach besonders für Familien und Gäste, die gerne etwas Action und Unterhaltung haben. Wer einen möglichst ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte bei der Zimmerwahl darauf achten. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Zimmer zur Straßenseite teilweise ruhiger sein könnten als andere Bereiche der Anlage. Die meisten Gäste kamen während unseres Aufenthalts aus Russland. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil: Wir haben sogar gemeinsam Fußball gespielt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

We came to the hotel for 4 nights for the holiday. The size and facilities of the hotel are very nice, but my wife, who drank open beer on the first day, could not leave the room for 2 days and got sick. My son and I developed allergies because the pollen from the trees was not cleaned properly. We fixed it by warning the hotel, but our holiday was ruined. Thanks to us, it was good for many people. They did not serve open beer and the rooms and furniture were cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was very good, they were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice but some of the elevators were remote and not working so we had to walk a lot.

A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks! The price is clearly inflated!
