Maui County Hotels with Breakfast

The room is smaller than expected, and the suite has only one bathroom. The service is average, and the environment and facilities are very good. In short, there are not many surprises.

Great hotel, room had a small kitchen area which was useful as we cooked in a few nights. Bar area in the evening was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely to sit on tables outside near the pool area. Didn’t use the pool but it looked ok and well used by other guests. Equally there was an outdoor bbq area - very handy. Concierge was extremely helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants. Parking was easy, lots of spaces but have to pay extra per night.

The private beach is nice and open. Free snorkeling equipment can be borrowed. Boating and other equipment are charged. Drive for half an hour from OGG. If you live in the pacific whales foundation for whale watching, you don't have to rush to whale watching town. It has a branch in maalea closer to the hotel.

The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren came out for vacation, but they only arranged two large beds. How could people sleep? Finally, after communicating with the front desk receptionist again and again, the problem was solved! It was not Ctrip customer service who helped me solve the problem! Remind guests who book overseas hotels that if you have any requirements for the room, it is best to communicate with Ctrip customer service by phone to confirm it! ! !

Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Phone in the room didn’t work and keys stopped working on the first day for the door. With that said it’s still a nice place and can still have plenty of fun. If you haven’t been in a year or more, you will probably be disappointed. We normally go every year for at least one day and it’s slowly declining. The attached pic is considered ocean view just for reference.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

I booked a partial ocean view garden room and was extremely satisfied with it. The room was large and clean, with a beautiful garden view and a distant view of the sea. The hotel is perfect for relaxing; you could easily spend a whole day lounging on one of the tree chairs. There's a small shopping center just a five or six-minute walk away, offering convenient shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: Very new, but the mattress is very soft, soft to the point of collapse, like hard beds can avoid lightning. Hygiene: OK Environment: good Service: Great difference, three people stay, the booked room type has a combed bed. After arriving, I found that it was not laid, and there was no three-piece suit of combed bed in the room. I called the front desk to communicate with the front desk that there was no cleaning staff to pick it up and shop by themselves. After I went down and took it, I found that the front desk gave us four pillowcases, a blanket and a pillow, no sheets and quilts. We called the front desk again, and the front desk said that other beddings had not been dried in the dryer. Okay, let's call us again. I didn’t wait for the phone all night, it was too much. I contacted Trip.com as soon as possible the next day. Although there was a time difference, Trip.com responded in a timely manner and quickly provided us with a solution. But this hotel can really avoid lightning. The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

I really liked the spacious room with a classic feel. However, the floor was not cleaned at all, so I had to wear shoes.. The cleaning part was very disappointing. Still, the auxiliary facilities swimming pool and morning coffee bar were very impressive. Another advantage of this hotel is that there is a very beautiful beach nearby. I won't go there again... but next time I really want to go to a place right in front of the beach! Still, the view from the room was nice and nice.
