Did not allow people to check in early. After being told on the phone we can (drive 3 hrs wanted to change before attending a wedding at 1). We came back between the ceremony and reception had 5 mins until 3pm. She rudely said to other it isnāt 3pm. The guy ahead of me said well we have been waiting a very long time and it is 2:55. Very poor customer service!

The interior of this hotel is very elegant, high design hall, restaurant, feel very comfortable, the service staff is very kind, the moment I stayed, I liked this hotel, behind Wal-Mart supermarket, many restaurants, and hotels are nearby, It is a very recommended hotel, breakfast is very good, I like it

The door lock is broken, and the service staff can't help it. Everything else is OK. The parking lot is large and free. The scenery outside the window is very nice and I like it very much.
