We had dinner at the restaurant in Grand Hotel Slavia. The food was amazing, ee trued meet, tuna and desserts. The service was fantastic. Mr Jadrenko who was taking care of us made us all feel like home and also made a great choice of Croatian red wine. This is a restaurant we will visit again and recommend everybody staying in the area to visit it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

If you want to experience a magnificent evening with world class service and food then I can highly recommend eating at the restaurant at Hotel Slavia. I want to personally thank the manager Jadranko for his genuine professionalism, passion and warmth as he always provides outstanding service and ensures an evening worth remembering.

Superb, quality food prepared by excellent cooks! The ingredients are superbly prepared, beautifully arranged with a touch of modern and innovative taste. Great! We, as an international group, ordered tuna fish with unique taste of side dish and lamb cotlets with a delicious perfectly matching crispy side dish. memorable taste! As for desserts we ordered Lava cake, giving a superb innovative taste and Crème Brulle. To add to it, the restaurant is professionally managed by well-known and internationally experienced Jadranko S. who makes sure to provide the best food and the best service with a touch of special to a client. We highly rank and recommend the restaurant at the Grand Hotel Slavia in Baske Vode to which we shall definitely come back!!!

We had a comfort double, which is a decent sized room with a couch and seating area at one end. We booked kind of last minute for a short break due to my wife being unwell. After we had booked I emailed to request an upgrade to a front facing room possibly with a small balcony. ( to be paid for obviously) but nothing available but they suggested I ask on arrival, unfortunately third day there none available so let it go. The food at the hotel is good, we ate there twice, once because of torrential rain. Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly, great selection for breakfast. I have to mention two members of staff whom we felt were outstanding, Adela and Aleksandar who are two young people this hotel would do well to hold onto. They represented your establishment in a way to make your stay feel extra special. ( above and beyond). Also the cleaner for our room who’s name I didn’t get unfortunately did a fantastic job every day. Room 115 There’s a safe in the room included in the cost, my only problem with it was that it wasn’t secured to anything, so slid around, don’t think it was too heavy to carry away.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Slavia, Baska Voda was amazing. The hotel staff from reception, waiter staff, housekeeping were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the hotel throughout was great.

Excellent location directly across the road from beach. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and the food was very good. The staff in restaurant & bar are very friendly and helpful. The reason for not giving 5 stars was due to reception staff. On checking in, parking was difficult to find and so I with my three children had all our luggage while my husband parked the car. The man on reception offered no help whatsoever. He could see I was struggling with bags and tired children & didn't even offer to hold the door so I could access elevator! In 30+ deg heat & after a 6hr car journey this was not what myself or my family needed! A little help would have made the check in a lot more pleasurable. The rest of the staff are so good that I feel the gentlemen on reception are failing their colleagues.

It was an amazing resort with the beach steps away from the front steps.
This is what you picture when you spec a beachfront property! Will stay here again next time around.

The location , directly facing the promenade and sea is perfect. If you can , choose a room with a sea view; we opted for a premium double room with a sea view, which was on the third floor. The room was very comfortable. The decor is modern Art Deco and whole hotel furnished and cleaned to a high standard. There was ample variety at breakfast and overall we were happy with the food and the restaurant (we had booked half board). The staff work had to maintain the 4* environment. We did have an issue with our room on day one but reception and the Manager went out of their way to rectify the problem , changing our room and showing genuine concern for a problem which to some extent was out of their control. There are facilities such as a sauna, pool , jacuzzi and a beauty treatment facility but other than viewing them (the environment was quite luxurious) we can’t give an opinion but I would assume these facilities would be of the same high standard across the whole hotel. We would happily recommend this hotel and location for a break .
