The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay! also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

The location of the hotel is good. It is located in the center of the city. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is not far from the Emperor Pavilion and the seaside. The bus from White Cliff to Brighton stops at the opposite side of the hotel. It is super convenient

Although handy for where we wanted to go for the evening and was just using the hotel for one night. I was a bit disappointed about the cleanest of the bed. The tops of the tables and dresser were very sticky. The mattress topper and the Quill were stained, and the Quill was a but smelly. But the big surprise on the cleanest was when moving the mattress we found under it a bottle of spray which to put it polity, it is used in a sexual act. Not a good impression. When tried to explain when leaving we couldn't get hold of anyone as all were busy in dinning room doing breakfast and we had to leave. The other downside is the car park it is a bit away from the hotel, which is a surprise as there is a ncp car park behind the hotel which would be more convenient. Especially as I'm a wheelchair user and getting from the other carpark was a bit hilly when you have a suitcase with you. Generally the staff on arrival were good and friendly

BED BUGS IN ROOM! I stayed in Premier Inn Brighton City Centre at the beginning of October. It is a large hotel with hundreds of rooms and there is musty smell around the various floors and in the rooms, so it is in need of refurbishment. Putting that aside, my 3 nights stay was a disturbing and painful experience as each morning, I woke up with more and more itchy bites around my ankles, legs and stomach. The first morning I woke up, I was not sure what type of bug had bitten me, but as the bites increased, and because the window was locked in the hotel room, I soon realised I was being, literally, eaten alive by bed bugs! It made for a very anxious, irritating and deeply unplesant stay and I hardly slept throughout the 3 nights, and when I did, I was bitten all over my lower-half. On the day i got back home, I complained to Premier Inn using their online Feedback and Complaints form and after 3 weeks their response was: ' 'Following your stay and notifying us about this instance, we took the room and rooms aside out of service and requested an external third party company to thoroughly investigate the room and surrounding rooms, due to the nature of bed bugs. They have published there findings to us and they have confirmed no trace or evidence was found to confirm bed bugs being present in the room or rooms next door. With this in mind as the room has been confirmed to be clear, we would be unable to provide a refund for your stay, though we do apologise again for the disappointment experienced on this occasion.' So their response to my evidence, including photos of my bitten and blistered skin, which I could not help but itch all day and night; the fact the window could not be opened and I woke up every morning with more and more bites, is the above. I'll leave you to make up your mind if Premier Inn's 'Good Night Guarantee' is meaningless or not, considering what I went through and the response I received with no refund.

I was impressed with the premier inn in Brighton. The staff were caring, but there wasn't much information in the room for contacting staff in an emergency 🆘 when the check-in desk and restaurant were closed. The charging points for phones and tablets, etc, were not working and there we no points for shavers or electric 🪥 toothbrushes 🪥. I had an enjoyable stay and the breakfast was okay. My first helping of cooked breakfast was not hot but my second helpings were hot 🔥!

The room was shabby, not clean and very poorly presented. WiFi did not work and O2 phone signal is very poor. Food was shocking and not worth £165 for the night.

Arrived and checked in with my partner ahead of my birthday weekend and staff were really friendly. Upon arrival to our room we realised we were right next to the staircase which was quite busy and noisy. We requested a room change and staff were prompt and helpful at finding us a new room, however later in the night we noticed there was a really strong draft which had woken us coming through the windows, even though they were closed. We both could feel and hear it, however it was the middle of the night so we just tried to get back to sleep. In the morning I looked at the windows again and there was still a draft coming through. It was then that I noticed the walls surrounding the window were completely riddled with mould. Although the staff are lovely, I wouldn’t recommend staying in this premier inn for this reason, the building is so old it desperately needs updating.

Me and my boyfriend decided to stay at premier inn for one night for a nice break and quality time together. When we arrived the staff were very warm and welcoming, once checked in we went to our room and we were very pleased to see that it was spotless! We've had many bad experiences with hotels cleanliness and we were astonished with how well kept the room was. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. We had everything we needed. We only had one towel as the room was set up for single occupancy and we went and asked staff if we could get another and they immediately rushed to the cupboard and grabbed us more towels. After an amazing nights rest we got breakfast and oh my goodness! It was absolutely amazing. A great calm atmosphere, amazing selection, the food tasted delightful. We only encountered one slight issue in our entire stay, the security guard at the front door didn't really seem to be keeping an eye on the door and we were almost certain he fell asleep.. me and my boyfriend went on a night time walk to explore Brighton a bit whilst it was quiet and once we were back it took about 15 minutes for the security guard to realise we were there to let us in... Overall 9.9/10 best hotel stay we've had so far!! Absolutely recommend coming here. I know for sure me and my boyfriend will be back! :)
