Good location, friendly excellent staff, rooms were in excellent condition, great air conditioning, I didn't use the food menu. 1 lift was out of action unfortunately, so had to wait a few minutes each use. Other than the lift excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located, cheap and the room has enough space. In addition, the hotel has a front desk. Although it is not 24 hours a day, it is better than the apartment I stayed in before.

Overall very good, very pleasant stay. Was assigned to a high floor with a great view and a huge balcony. Attach a picture to enjoy the night view and sunset of Brisbane. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic!
Disadvantages: Wifi is super slow, 2G network speed pictures sometimes cannot be loaded... It is very puzzling that only three devices can log in to Wi-Fi, and extra money will be purchased. But I made a reservation for four people and paid a higher price. I can only use three devices? ? ?

I've stayed at this property a few times and it's clean and tidy. The only downside is there is no airconditioning in one bedroom. There is good aircon in the living area and main bedroom just not the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise it's a great stay

We chose this based on written reviews and were very pleased. Good value for the money. We weren't sure what the best area to stay in would be, but it ended up being a great central location - easy to walk to all the places we wanted to tour around. Unit was very spacious. Kitchen had all the basic necessities to prepare a meal with full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Washer & dryer in room were very handy. TVs in both living room and bedroom. We did not have housekeeping services with our room, however reception provided all necessary refills of soap, towels, etc. It wasn't fancy, but it met all our needs and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
