It’s was Beautiful rooms was nice. Just a little ants in the kitchen and the bathroom other than even space for more than 8 people. Loved.

This place is filthy! Avoid at all costs! Its noisy, dirty, and impossible to get a refund. The pictures are very deceiving to the reality of the property It was so loud by partying guests we left at 6am.

We traveled with a friend to Bristol and booked the room for a weekend. The code to access the room did not work. Luckily I made a video, we called several times, left messages....no response. We were forced to find alternative accommodation in Bristol at 11 p.m. We sent screenshots of the call log and a video proving we were entering the correct code. The managers do not want to hear anything and refuse any reimbursement. Pure and simple theft.
