Overall experience was great other than the room I stayed.. The room is at the basement. Very noisy when other guests walk up the stairs for light sleeper

The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good, location very good as well, but the car park was all busy I had to park on the road and paid for parking, the room was in the basement not enough ventilation but they supplied 2 electric fans.

Worst water pressure ever but everything else was fine. Little uphill but lovely view thanks to that.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
Room very clean and tidy.
However we arrived for breakfast which was included and why we booked this hotel to find that the chef had called in sick so there was only a basic continental breakfast . The staff were unhelpful and slow at breakfast . My husband had an orange for breakfast and I had a piece of toast !! Not what we paid for .

Lovely staff and great location but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The bathroom was mouldy and smelly and the bed throw was badly stained. Clearly not cleaned very well, would probably not stay again.
